Joseph Leotta
Joe has been in the executive search/staffing business for over 20 years, having managed S. K. Associates and subsequently become a partner in SK Search Group, LLC.

In addition to being actively involved with recruiting, Joe provides companies in a variety of industries with Human Resources consulting and training in such areas as Selection Interviewing, Supervisory Skills and Performance Management. He also supports clients with career transition training on both an individual and group basis. Through these activities, Joe has been able to develop diversified networking channels that have resulted in long term business relationships.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe held positions as Director, Human Resources at Paramount Pictures and various progressive Human Resource Management roles at Unisys Corporation, as well as the U. S. Army Intelligence and Security Command. A native New Yorker, Joe has lived in Central New Jersey for many years. Joe holds a degree in Communications from Fordham University.

Michael Levine
Mike has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, specializing in a broad range of disciplines within the consumer products, retail, wholesale, ecommerce, B2B Sales, Technology, Digital Media/Mobility, Marketing & PR, HR, Finance and Operations sectors. Mike has represented many high profile companies throughout his career and has developed a strong reputation for earning the trust of clients and candidates for his professionalism and ability to understand the culture of an organization.

Mike is responsible for business development and managing mid-senior level search assignments for a long-standing and continuously growing client base. Mike's approach to recruiting is consistent with our "quality over quantity" philosophy and he has maintained numerous long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike.

His affinity for solid research and his professional demeanor has been a big part of his success.

Mike resides in Long Island and is married with 3 sons. He's a sports enthusiast and a Little League Baseball Board Member and can always be found on the sidelines supporting his three boys and members of the community on the baseball, basketball and soccer fields.
